Terms and conditions 

 

   Parents or carers obligations 

• Please make sure we have up to date contact details i.e. mobile number, email address 

• Please make sure your child does not have infectious illness that can be passed onto other children or teachers. 

• Children need to wear hats at all pools except for the baby classes. 

• Children need to go to the toilet and shower before their lessons. 

• Please make sure you stay with your child through the duration of their lesson. 

• Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers need to wear a swim nappy and they need to be taken home and disposed of. 

• No photography allowed. Unless permission is given by all parents on poolside and the teachers. 

• No outdoor shoes on poolside or in changing rooms.  

• No child may enter the pool without permission of the teacher 

• Please make sure all payments are made on time 

• Please make sure you inform me of any changes to your child’s medical needs 

• We cannot except responsibility for your property whilst you are at the pool  

• Please respect the pool and changing rooms i.e. by not letting your child play or touch the hoist at Montacute   

 

   Cancellations and payments 

• If the pool is closed for any reason a catch-up lesson will be offered or a refund off the following terms lessons. 

• If your child brakes a bone or is hospitalised a refund will be given 

• If your child has a cold or is away no refund will be offered. However, a catch-up lesson maybe offered at the discretion of myself. 

• If you wish to cancel your lessons you will need to give half a term notice otherwise you will be charged. 

• Please make sure payments are made by the date on your invoice. If you are paying monthly or termly please make sure payments are made by the agreed dates. 

 

 

   Our obligations to you and your child 

• We aim to offer a safe environment for your child to learn to swim in. 

• We aim to make sure your child has the same teacher each week except for the teacher being ill when we will make sure a cover teacher is available. 

• We aim for your child to have the chance for a badge and certificate twice a year.

• We will aim to progress your child at their own pace and will help them to gain water confidence.
